BDF Realty's Business Philosophy

We base our business philosophy on the realities of today's real estate market. Banks are facing increased regulation which will force them to further require consumers to have higher credit scores and down payments to qualify for mortgages. Meanwhile, consumers are facing high unemployment which is decreasing their credit scores and money available to put down. The American dream is not dead; people still desire to be home owners! This will not be done through the banks; it will be accomplished through non-conventional methods like rent-to-own, lease option, rent-to-sell, and lease purchase.

With a slowing market, prices of residential homes have decreased and will continue to do so. This creates great opportunities for investors with cash to snap up bargains. We will facilitate these purchases to help investors reach their respective investment goals.

Property management is the glue that holds rent-to-own tenants and investors together. Rent-to-own tenants will be able to work with the property manager to increase their credit scores and save up down payments.
